Breast Reconstruction (following Mastectomy)

Dr. Daniel considers it an honor to surgically recreate a breast that has been removed due to cancer. He strives to provide the patient with a breast that most accurately matches the remaining natural breast.  Frequently preformed immediately following breast removal (mastectomy), Dr. Daniel performs implant reconstruction using saline implants or gel implants (if the patient qualifies for the study) as well as lap reconstruction in which tissue is transported from the back or abdomen and tunneled to the breast or surgically transplanted to form a new breast mound.
