Chemical Peel
Restore smoothness and vitality to wrinkled, blemished, unevenly pigmented or sun-damaged facial skin with chemical peels. We use unique plant and sugar acids to penetrate and remove dead skin cells. Our aestheticians will choose one of the following chemical peels to help you achieve optimal results for your skin type.
What is the cost of a chemical peel?
Our peels range in price from $90 up to $500 depending on the treatment.
Basic Lactic Acid Peels
The gentlest of our peels, lactic acid is derived from milk and is an ideal treatment for sensitive or mature skin. It assists in boosting hydration levels as well as improving the texture and tone of the skin and in certain cases can lighten the skin as well.
Glycolic Acid
This peel uses a water-soluble, deep-penetrating acid derived from sugar. The treatment may produce a mild burning or tingling sensation while it assists the damaged skin cells in breaking free. Glycolic acid treatments are appropriate for most skin types and are particularly effective in addressing noticeable signs of aging on the skin.
Salicylic Acid Peels
Salicylic Acid peels use an oil-soluble acid derived from birch bark, willow bark and wintergreen leaves. This acid primarily addresses oil that is “trapped” and causing acne. Sun-damaged skin also responds well to this treatment.
TCA Peels
The TCA peel or Trichloroacetic peel consists of 20 percent lactic acid. It is specifically designed to exfoliate damaged skin and promote deep skin rejuvenation by penetrating the papillary dermis. This peel is formulated to treat stubborn pigmentation which epidermal peels are not always able to treat effectively.
