The Fraxel® Laser is a skin resurfacing laser procedure that can significantly improve the appearance of aging or sun-damaged skin. Scarring from acne, wrinkles and skin blotches can be significantly improved with the Fraxel Laser.

What does Fraxel do?

The Fraxel dual laser uses two different wavelengths to produce thousands of tiny deep penetrations into the dermis of the skin known as microthermal zones, or MTZs.

Fraxel addresses wrinkles, age spots, sun spots, melasma, actinic keratosis, skin resurfacing and scars.

This process causes the skin to heal itself and encourages new collagen and elastin production. The end result is renewed, healthier skin and tighter tissue.

Fraxel only targets the affected skin, leaving the surrounding tissue untreated. This process helps to accelerate the recovery process.

Where Can You Use Fraxel?

Fraxel is a versatile laser that can be used just about anywhere you want to address wrinkles, scarring, sun damage and uneven skin tone and texture.

Common areas of treatment include:

  • Face
  • Neck
  • Chest
  • Hands
  • Legs

If you require more comprehensive treatment, fraxel can also be combined with other med spa treatments to help you maximize your results.
