The patient is a 57 year old.  She consulted with Dr. Daniel primarily because of loose skin on her arms after she had recently lost 50 pounds through a weight loss clinic.  She had some previous cosmetic surgery for her eyelids and had well-controlled high blood pressure.  Bilateral brachioplasty was recommended to her and six days after the surgery, she stated that she felt so good that she was ready to get back to work as a shift lead at a local retail establishment.  She proceeded to heal ahead of schedule and stated that she was thrilled with her result.  Dr. Daniel and his staff knew she was happy with her result when she came in for an early postop visit wearing a sleeveless dress!  Her seven-month follow-up photos show almost imperceptible incisions and a dramatic improvement.
