  • In hot weather, try to drink the standard recommended 2 to 3 liters of water each day. That’s around 9 to 13 8-ounce glasses. To make it easier to keep track of your water intake, try to drink at least 1 glass every 90 minutes throughout the day.
  • If you’re exercising in hot weather, aim to drink 3 liters of fluids or more per day. For workouts that last longer than 90 minutes, carry water with you and replenish your fluids during your workout.
